Renewable Design for Bungee Lanyards - Luminous Pleated Shock-absorbing Tool Lanyard(with single carabineer) GR5136 – Glory

Main raw materials of the webbing consists of high strength polyester yarn and spandex. The polyester yarn is added with luminous function and 30% stronger than that of common yarn. It is a new material with special function and environmentally friendly. It is made of long afterglow rare earth aluminate luminescent materials.  After special spinning it is made to luminous fibers. It emits light in the dark after absorbing all kinds of visible light and storing light energy in the daytime.  Luminous fibers can emit lights for more than 10 hours if they absorb visible lights for 10 minutes. Tool lanyard and the user’s position can be easily identified even in the dark night.

The lanyard’s elongation and extended length is dramatically increased, because of the bumpy & undulating patterns of the webbing, and the unique elasticity of spandex.

Users can grasp the lanyards easily as there is anti-slip design at its ends. Thus tool falling can be effectively avoided. Superior Bondi thread is used, which has excellent water and oil resistance. This reduces the chance of tools falling due to broken stitches. The continuous “N” sewing pattern design ensures that each stitching position is secure.

The carabineer used is made of superior aluminum alloy, which is of the same quality level as that of outdoor mountaineering equipment.  It can not move along the lanyard because there is a double insurance -the silicon sleeve and spring lock at the end. Users have variety choices on the carabineers. We have different types of carabineers, in terms of colors, appearances and materials (i.e. materials can be aluminum alloy, stainless steel or others.  Compared to those lanyards with fixed carabineers users have more choices.
